Information you provide
When you submit an engagement enquiry, the service may collect your name, international phone number, optional email address, organisation, location, timezone, preferred engagement format, the outcome you need and the appointment time you request.
Why it is used
The information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, coordinate availability, prepare the engagement, maintain a reliable record of decisions and, when relevant, arrange an approved payment through the responsible Nunya OS service.
Systems involved
The public booking journey passes consequential appointment and payment actions to Nunya OS through a protected server connection. JDB Video Content OS and Directus support John’s content and internal media operations. Administrative credentials, payment credentials and publishing tokens are not held in the browser.
Sharing and international access
Information is available only to authorised people and service providers who need it to manage the enquiry or engagement. It is not sold. Where a service operates across borders, reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be applied by the responsible service operator.
Retention
Enquiry and engagement information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, deliver the requested work, maintain audit evidence and meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Records that no longer have a valid purpose should be deleted or anonymised according to the governing system’s retention policy.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also withdraw from an enquiry before an engagement is confirmed.
Public-site measurement
The current public website does not enable third-party advertising trackers by default. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, the site should explain them and apply any consent controls required for the visitor’s location.
