Ideas become useful when they have to survive reality.
John’s public ideas come from active operating work. Through Delbond Teknologies, he is building and developing businesses where infrastructure, service operations, software, professional networks and AI must work beyond the presentation.
The operating company
Delbond Teknologies
Delbond is the technology company John began building in 2004. Its work has evolved across infrastructure, networking, systems integration, enterprise technology, software and artificial intelligence.
The company is the operating environment in which John’s technical formation, entrepreneurship and product-building work converge.
Nunya OS is an AI-native business operating layer being built by Delbond Teknologies. It is designed to connect business activity that normally remains fragmented across customer channels, employees, workflows, enterprise knowledge, existing systems, AI workers and management intelligence.
The work is especially concerned with governed permissions, multi-tenant and multi-branch operations, orchestration, tool execution and reliable connection to systems of record.

Managed connectivity
UniFi Campus Internet
A managed connectivity business joining fibre, GPON, networking, authentication, service management, digital payment, monitoring and automated provisioning for campuses and student environments.
It makes physical and digital systems meet recurring service operations: the network, payment, customer experience and maintenance model must all work together.
nterco is primarily a professional networking platform. It seeks to connect high-school alumni, university students and alumni, professionals, professional associations and institutions.
Its purpose is to activate networks for opportunity, jobs, professional discovery, introductions, collaboration, community and social and professional capital.
The common discipline
A product is also an operating system.
Each venture forces the same kind of questions: who owns the outcome, what infrastructure and data it depends on, where authority sits, what happens when it fails, how service is monitored and how the system improves over time.
